Private tastings - Custom design - Personalized flavors
First step - The first contact
During our first exchange, it is an opportunity to discover us and learn as much as possible about you in order to offer you the dessert best suited to your desires. To guide you as best as possible, I will need to know your wedding date, your place of reception if it is already chosen, your theme, your ideas, your inspirations... I could then send you a first quote in order to estimate the budget that could suit you.
Second step - Tasting
At the start of the year, I organize tasting days during which I offer my clients and future clients the opportunity to taste my cake bases, curds And mousse to find the perfect combination for the cake for the happiest day of your life !
These days also allow us to meet and discuss the design of your cake in more detail.
If this day has won you over, now is the time to reserve your date. To do this, you can sign your estime and pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the estimate.
Third step - Design development
Depending on our exchanges by email and during the tasting day, we let's refine the choice of design for your decoration. To do this, I suggest you send me inspiration images, of the sketch or some photos of wedding cakes that you like. From these elements we work together to compose the ideal decoration for your cake.
Last step - D-Day
At the latest one week before the wedding day, you will have to communicate to me the final number of slices ok cake that you wish. I will send you back your final invoice.The balance of the invoice must be paid no later than the day before the wedding.
